Rick is fantastic agent. We were looking for help all over and there are A LOT of agents and companies to choose from in Western Washington, but only at CBB we found a person, who truly knew what we needed. Buying a piece of forest is not your trivial advertising of backsplashes and light fixtures, it requires knowledge of topography, forestry, surveying skills and a wee bit of survival skills as well. Rick possesses all these skills on top of all other real estate agent core competencies and it was true pleasure working with him.
